About Samantha Boots

I graduated with my Bachelors of Science degree in Nutrition and Food in May 2020 at Sacramento State University. I have ten years of management experience working with leadership teams to be successful and proactive in process improvement and implementation.I currently work as a Food Safety and Quality Manager that oversees the Sanitation department in a food manufacturing plant. Team work and leadership are key components to my success. Being a leader through life and influencing the people around me is a huge part of my belief system inside and outside of work. Constantly learning and growing in my field and always striving to better myself, those I lead and those who I look to for guidance. I have many long term aspirations one of which is to master my craft to the point I can one day become a director of quality and welcome the next set of challenges this line work offers.
