As the Chief Administrative Officer at Renton Regional Fire Authority (RRFA), I lead and oversee the human resources, finance, IT, communications, and administrative services functions of a recently formed regional fire service organization. I have more than 17 years of experience in fire service administration, with a focus on improving organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and culture. I have a Master\'s degree in Public Administration from Eastern Washington University and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the University of Washington. I am skilled in organizational leadership, conflict resolution, analytical skills, and lean management. I am passionate about helping public agencies work smarter, deliver better services, and foster a positive work environment. My goal is to support the RRFA\'s vision of providing excellence in fire and emergency medical services to the communities we serve.
