At Orion Fixed Income, the team has grown from $500 million of AUM in 2021 to over $1.5 billion. This growth has stretched our team, and I have enjoyed being a part of a growing firm and both learning from and adding value to our investment strategies. I find value in the relationships I have built at Orion with coworkers and financial advisors and in the reward that comes from meaningfully building our clients\' portfolios.My role as Portfolio Manager includes portfolio analysis and management, credit analysis, fixed income product trading, communication with financial advisors, and process improvement. This role has given me the opportunity to learn about fixed income portfolio management. It has allowed me to problem solve and innovate current processes as well as develop new and efficient ways of managing a fixed income portfolio.
