As Senior Escrow Officer my primary responsibility is to proform tasks related to settlement operations in the closing of real estate transactions and support the branch manager as required with managerial duties and responsibilities. These responsibilities include: •Act as liaison between all parties to the transaction including home buyer, mortgage, accounting and other areas within the title settlement process.•Handle all aspects of the settlement transactions including preparation and approval of settlement statements, preparation and coordination of deeds, verify accuracy of loan documents, insurance documentation, seller statements, and contract or sales agreement.•Obtain signatures for closing transactions, explain all documents executed as needed, and facilitate questions/answers between parties to the transaction.•Follow Escrow Accounting Business Practice Guidelines which includes but not limited to collection and disbursement of funds while complying States Good Funds statutes.•Review Escrow quality assurance reports and resolve to outstanding issues to ensure compliance with required business policy.•Ensure timely and accurate flow of information and documentation from settlement team to recording and accounting departments.•Ensure adherence to workflow processes.•Perform other duties assigned.
