As Business Sector Leader, I provide leadership and direction to our 35-person team of hydrogeologists, engineers, and scientists. My responsibilities include developing and implementing our annual business plan, leading succession planning and professional development efforts, mentoring project managers, leading strategic business development efforts, and occasionally some technical work. Our team is a leader in surface and groundwater management and planning with specialties that include SGMA compliance, surface and groundwater modeling, master planning, regulatory compliance, monitoring program design and implementation, salt and nutrient management planning, and recharge master planning. We are motivated every day by our passion for developing and implementing creative solutions that provide for a sustainable water resources future. We achieve this through listening, research, data assembly, and analytics; creating powerful and elegant decision support tools; and building solutions that provide for learning and future adaptation.
