Assist with customer inquiries and requirements- Coordinate and maintain relationships with vendors, customer and agents- Book, track and document incoming shipments from overseas vendors (Turkey and China)- Update all applicable ledgers with shipment and payment information: payable ledger, container folders, chargeback ledgers, unpaid/air ledger, and freight ledger- Prepare quotations and coordinate documentation between customers, vendors, forwarders and brokers- Communicate with internal quality control personnel in the Feizy warehouse to determine chargebacks needed and pass on to vendors- Proactively communicate to internal and external parties, include fellow operations team members, management, sales staff and customers- Communicate with vendors regarding quality control issues, shipment overages and shortages- Remit backorder release reports to the Client Services team- Setup new collections and place PO\'s- Validate invoices for incoming international freight and customs charges- Send Open PO reports & Backorder reports to the vendors once a shipment has sailed- Manage FOB & POE shipments for all the overseas vendors.
