As a Business Development Associate, I manage end-to-end execution of medical crowdfunding campaigns by working closely with hospitals and patient families. I’m responsible for identifying eligible cases, launching campaigns, and driving fundraising outcomes through close coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Onboard patients from partner hospitals and initiate high-impact fundraising campaigns.Coordinate across teams to ensure timely campaign execution and performance tracking.Build strong hospital relationships to maintain a steady pipeline of critical cases.Meet daily and weekly fundraising targets by optimizing campaign strategy and donor engagement.Support patient families with clarity, empathy, and efficiency throughout the process.
