As part of Gartner\'s LAUNCH IT Rotational Program, I am engaged in a journey designed to provide comprehensive exposure to various business functions and technologies through six-month rotational assignments.Enterprise Technology Operations – Database Services Team- Focused on database lifecycle management, including architecture, configuration, user and access management, space management, backup and restore, disaster recovery, and migration- Spearheaded a proof of concept for a database health check dashboard, employing two approaches: a website hosted on S3 with CloudFront CDN, and an interactive Power BI dashboard for continuous monitoring of database health parameters- Developed Jenkins pipelines to automate the management of RDS instances, enabling on-demand access and maintaining cost-efficiency.Chief Data Office – QA Engineering Team- Developed robust automation solutions for testing critical MDM transformation-related APIs (Create Person, Create Account), converting 100+ manual test cases into automated scripts- Automated comprehensive testing of the Person Search API, achieving rapid coverage of test cases within minutes and significantly improving data reliability- Created dynamic SQL scripts to validate data consistency across multiple tables during MDM Transformation processes. Automated 20+ manual sanity checks into scheduled suites.
