ABOUT SAMAIRA PARVEEN

Hi, I am Samaira, a Political Science and Economics student and the co-founder of Nirvritti, a student-led community service initiative, and I am currently interning at a mental health organisation. I have always been an individual who loves diving into new opportunities and is a fervent believer in risk-taking. Serving as the Head Girl of my school has proven to be a defining chapter in my 18-year-old self. Learning skills to connect with strangers, organising big team events, handling crises, and building an all-round personality, helped me grow into a reliable leader.With my interests in public speaking, I have had substantial experience in debating, group discussions, Model UNs, also to mention, directing a play. Additionally, I have worked on content writing in a self-discovering space. I am at my best in roles that allow me to research, organise, create, and refine work until it meets a high standard of clarity and intention. I am driven by work that calls for creativity, while at the same time, requires critical thinking and most vehemently, a personalized touch.With that being said, I am always looking for roles and opportunities that I can impactfully contribute to, and give it my best shot.Let’s connect.
