My main tasks are to manage relationships with all the international suppliers, conduct daily inventory follow up, do logistic analysis, bring orders and ensure on-time delivery to clients.•Responsible for sourcing raw materials required in operations •Request for Quotations from suppliers, collect the price quotations and prepare the comparison statement (CS) and negotiate with the suppliers •Quote price to clients•Negotiate with suppliers to minimize costs and lead time•Prepare purchase order/work order for the successful supplier•Delivering the right product within the right time•Maintain and keep records of proper documentation related to procurement•Prepare Bulk Material Requirement Plan on a monthly basis to analyze client order amount•Checking Proforma Invoices from suppliers, getting approval from respective authorities and checking for opening LC•Check all shipping documents from suppliers are on time, communicate with commercial and CNF agents for in-house goods•Collecting buyers\' required certificates & documents from suppliers•Planning delivery schedules•Collect regular market information & analyze market trends•Communicating regularly with international suppliers •Check all LC clauses & arrange amendments if needed•Monitor & evaluate suppliers\' performance •Keeping track of work progress•Creating a Time & Action Plan•Follow up with suppliers on delivery of requested materials•Conduct regular meetings with suppliers •Set re-order quantities•Perform market surveys for judging competitive price & business opportunities•Conduct Business Planning & develop projections and strategic sourcing plans•Tracking all shipment status & sending regular updates to client• Visiting factories to ensure product quality

I am the former captain of the Dhaka District National Handball Team, my university and school team with a history of successful leadership and achieving many championships & best player awards in football, handball and badminton. I was also a national ranked badminton player in women\'s singles category (No. 20 in Bangladesh) and ranked number 10 of Bangladesh in women\'s doubles category in 2024.I am also a teacher.
