In my role as a Paralegal at Thirsk Winton, I work across a diverse range of practice areas, including wills and probate, litigation, and conveyancing, while also developing a strong foundation in AML compliance.My responsibilities include- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence- Conducting legal research to support case preparation and client advice- Managing case files and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements- Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties to progress matters efficiently- Assisting with trial bundles, evidence organisation, and document management- Providing day-to-day case administration and support to fee earnersThis role continues to strengthen my skills in legal research, drafting, organisation, and client communication, while deepening my appreciation for the professionalism and care required in legal practice.
