As a Customer Support Representative at CIPD, I help members navigate their professional journey—whether they’re joining, upgrading, or exploring the full range of membership benefits. I’m dedicated to delivering a consistently positive and supportive experience across email, phone, and live chat, ensuring every interaction is efficient, empathetic, and solution-driven.With a background in psychology and international business, I bring strong insight into understanding people’s needs and tailoring support to each individual. I’m passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences that make members feel valued, informed, and empowered.In my role, I manage a high volume of enquiries, providing clear guidance, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring members receive the right support at the right time. I’m also responsible for maintaining accurate records, escalating complex issues, and continuously improving service quality through feedback and process improvements.Before joining CIPD, I worked at Intrum, a leading credit management services company, where I provided client support with a focus on relationship building, problem-solving, and delivering high service standards. Prior to that, I served as a Business Account Manager at Orix Marketing, supporting UK-based clients with digital strategy, campaign analysis, and performance optimisation.I hold an MA in International Business Management from Middlesex University and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Coventry University. I’m committed to continuous learning and growth—both for myself and for the people I support.
