My responsibilities include:Programming, setting up,CNC VMC, HMC, and other machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications and drawings.Planning and controlling the production process, ensuring timely delivery and optimal utilization of resources.Implementing and executing TPM activities to improve machine performance, reliability, and safety.Preparing OEE charts and analyzing data to identify and eliminate sources of rejection, reduce cycle time, and increase production efficiency.Making production plans and comparing them with actual output, customer-wise, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Handling and supervising a team of 70+ skilled and semi-skilled workers, providing them with training, guidance, and feedback.Applying cost reduction and kaizen techniques to improve productivity, quality, and profitability.I am passionate about CNC machining and always eager to learn new skills and technologies. I take pride in my work and strive to deliver the best results for my company and customers.
