Company has grown 7x during my tenure. o Led implementation of ScienceLogic’s budget & forecasting tool, Adaptive Insights - Real time budgets, KPIs, reports, dashboards, forecasts and metrics – allowing the Board of Directors, Executive team, and key stakeholders of the business to make accurate and efficient decisions - Integrated with NetSuite to provide accurate and seamless data o Regularly assisted the CFO, CEO and entire executive leadership team with analysis to provide meaningful changes to the business as well as direct interfacing with the Board of Directors o Manage analysis of unit economics for impact on the P&L of annual contract value - Aggregate Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)/ Annual Contract Value (ACV)- Lifetime Value (LTV) to Cost to Acquire (CAC) Ratios - Customer and Revenue Churn analysis - TTR – Time to Recover and cash flow implications - ACV Cohort Analysis o POC for M&A and funding transaction due diligence including but not limited to; financial reporting, revenue earnings, debt, valuation, contracts, corporate governance and risk o Developed detailed financial models and 409a valuation analysis, communication, presentations and project management in M&A due diligence activites and pre-IPO readiness o Responsible for the monthly preparation of financial reporting and presentations to investors Goldman Sachs, Intel Capital and NEA/NewView Capital o Led the preparation of benchmarking analysis of SaaS metrics o Model new forecasts monthly and adhoc to streamline and assist with the direction of the business o Regular meetings with executives & department heads to review/monitor budget vs actuals, ongoing needs of the business, and advise on courses of action o Provide assistance in annual financial statement audit
