I advised the university’s graduate, undergraduate and high school programs on a broad scope of legal matters, including higher education law, litigation, employment law, contracts, intellectual property, real estate, and more.Before that, I was an associate in a large law firm\'s litigation and employment departments, litigating commercial cases and counseling clients, including those in the consumer products, pharmaceuticals, and financial services industries. I also regularly represented foundations, universities, and other not-for-profits.Earlier in my career, I had the honor of serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert Cowen of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
