As Data Operations Lead, I head the internal data team, owning and executing the data strategy. At a time when the business is making a strategic push toward data quality and operational excellence, my leadership focuses on embedding the principles of trust, visibility, and understanding into how data is managed, monitored, and consumed across the organisation.I oversee two major work streams:• Analytics Platform Development – building curated datasets, accessible metrics, and user-focused reporting tools that deliver insights across the business.• Product Monitoring & Data Quality – creating robust monitoring systems for our data products to ensure accuracy, reliability, and early detection of issues.In parallel, I drive analytics excellence across the business by ensuring data-driven visibility across all aspects of the business and product pipeline. I lead a high-performing team across multiple disciplines, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our data infrastructure not only meets but anticipates internal and client needs. I’m passionate about developing tools and systems that empower users, improve transparency, and foster a culture of trust in data.Key achievements:• Defined internal data strategy, setting clear direction and deliverables for the data team.• Built and scaled a cross-discipline data team, integrating data analysts, engineers, and visualisation specialists to drive operational excellence.
