Building strong vendor relationships is at the core of what I do. I support C2C and C2H contract hiring by working closely with staffing partners and implementation vendors to align strong consultants in: • Python AWS Backend (FastAPI, Microservices) • AWS DevOps (Terraform, Kubernetes/EKS, CI/CD) • Data Engineering (Snowflake, ETL, AWS stack) All consultants are on our payroll and actively working on real-time production environments. My focus is not on bulk submissions, but on understanding the requirement clearly and providing well-aligned profiles with quick coordination. I value long-term collaboration, clear communication, and smooth hiring processes from submission through onboarding.
