Leading an integrated project team of specialists in the development and implementation of the GDF Target Operating Model which will become the largest major project in the UK.Facets of the role include- Development and ownership of GDF Transition strategies and plans across digital, commercial, communities, strategy, HR, compliance, culture and collaboration- Creation of GDF Transition arrangements e.g. transition states, capability maturity assesments, transition team- Development of all facets of the target operating model (people, process, systems, culture)- Ownership of the GDF TOM Blueprint and associated governance - Leading NWS alignment activities such as stakeholder engagement, communications and increasing ownership- Development of GDF learning from experience strategies and plans - Supporting major procurements of strategic supply chain partnerships - Leading GDF culture and collaboration development

I am an energetic and experienced transformation specialist that consistently creates positive change environments where people feel good about their change journeys. I am energised by people and creating genuine, empowering relationships to breakdown barriers to collaboration and improvement.I have worked across the nuclear sector in parent body organisations, the Nuclear Decommisioning Authority, the supply chain and across Nuclear Waste Services in a number of change related roles including lean transformation, programme management, change management, asset management, risk management, culture development, improvement/transformation strategy and project management.In 2022 I received NDA Employee \'Rising Star\' Award for my role in establishing Nuclear Waste Services from its heritage organisations.I am a passionate Cumbrian and love my time spent in the Lakes with my dogs and family. Rugby is my 1st passion but I\'ll try my hand at any sport / outdoors activity. I love to travel and meet new people in new places experiencing different cultures and frames of reference for life.
