Over the past 11 years I\'ve had the pleasure of helping turn a small business into a 600+ person, PE-backed market leader and learned a lot about what it really takes to scale. I\'ve worked across operations, product, credit, compliance and partnerships which means I\'ve been in the beating heart of a rapidly changing business and thrive on the those \'make or break\' moments. I love problem solving and making the link between the detail and the big picture, and more importantly having the drive and determination that\'s needed to make the right things happen. These days, I focus on driving growth through delivering scalable operations, building products that customers love, developing strong mutually-beneficial partnerships and making decisions based on good hypothesis that are proven (or disproven!) by data.
