Leading a team of 8 operational risk SMEs and data scientists to help build and manage the Acin risk and control network across our Sales & Trading inventories (FX/Equities/Rates/Credit/Commods/Prime/eTrading) and corporate functions (Technology/Operations/Compliance/Risk/Product Control/Finance). In this role I\'m responsible for engaging directly with our Tier 1 global investment banking clients to help them improve their control environment and better manage operational risk. Our work enables customers to- Assess their control environment against peers - Identify inefficiencies and cost savings across their Operational Risk landscape - Identify risk and control gaps vs regulation/risk/business/product - Analyse the impact on client control environments of: horizon scanning for regulatory changes, industry risk events, changes to Acin network data, scenario analysis
