Develop and maintain relationships with accountants, ensuring a positive experience with GovGrant\'s suite of services- Serve as the consistent point of contact for all accountant queries, providing timely and accurate responses- Manage accountant partner activity and internal interactions, ensuring that all processes run smoothly- Deliver technical updates to targeted accountants, without additional support, to keep them informed about the latest developments- Provide training on internal systems, Elevation, and other processes to ensure that all accountants are up-to-date with the latest procedures- Conduct client assessment meetings, as needed, to evaluate the quality of service provided- Develop processes for quarterly contact with select accounting partners to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction- Assist with the management of larger, key accountant partners and provide monthly updates to internal staff on accounting partner-related client activity
