Improving the quality of PE and sport in schools starts with developing the people who deliver it. At Ultimate Kids, I lead on staff development, educational strategy and service quality to ensure our provision consistently raises standards and creates meaningful impact where it matters most.My role is rooted in helping our team grow in confidence, knowledge and consistency. From initial training through to ongoing CPD and performance management, I ensure every member of staff is supported to deliver with purpose and professionalism.Core areas of my work include:Designing and evolving our curriculum and CPD offer to reflect best practice and the needs of the schools we serveLeading the recruitment, onboarding and mentoring of staff to ensure they are equipped to deliver high quality PE across all settingsCreating clear structures for feedback, development and progression to support long term staff growthEmbedding a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement across the teamEnsuring our educational services are impactful, inclusive and aligned with national priorities and school goalsMy focus is on building a team and a service that schools can trust to deliver real results. This means raising confidence in PE, improving pupil experience and making physical activity a valued part of the school day.
