ABOUT SAM TURNER
I lead digital infrastructure and adoption policy development and projects that help businesses and communities become better connected, more resilient, and more productive. My work focuses on building partnerships to accelerate fibre and 5G rollout, strengthening regional data centre capacity, and making sure businesses can access the technology they need to improve productivity. Alongside my role, I’m developing broader leadership capability through a Level 5 apprenticeship and deepening my understanding of digital adoption, emerging tech, and infrastructure strategy.
