ABOUT SAM TOKA
I am a Senior Manager with 20 years of experience in assurance. Working one-on-one with clients, I deliver innovative solutions and strong business advice to help them move forward and achieve their goals. I worked with public companies and private small-to-medium-sized businesses in a broad range of industries including mining, construction, real estate, pharmaceutical and movie production. I assist clients with audits, reviews and notice to reader (compilations), ensuring they have the financial information they need to make strategic decisions. I also provide consulting services to various companies that are going public, require IFRS consulting or assistance with accounting for complex transactions. In the role of advisor, I get to know my clients personally and make a point of being available to counsel and support them on a regular basis. My approach is to ask the right questions in order to unearth the answers that will allow clients to move forward and resolve any issue. When it is in their best interests, I connect them with the firm’s broad-based expertise.
