Sentinel Group is a leading service delivery firm operating throughout Asia Pacific and employing over 2,700 local employees, regionally and 3,050 worldwide.Sentinel has recently expanded into commercial real estate investment and required an acquisitions expert to establish a commercial real estate portfolio. The Senior Property Analyst was initially responsible for establishing, in cohort with the Board and CEO, the investment strategy for the group. This included industry and asset allocation, criteria and process pathways, and fostering new and relevant relationships for the group. The groups investment strategy is always evolving, however, the ongoing role of the Senior Property Analyst is to identify, assess, and transact on new commercial real estate opportunities. Specific tasks involved include- Property sourcing- Financial modelling for acquisition- Contract analysis and initial negotiation- Full due diligence programs- Industry trend and economic analysis - Project managing asset management and other suppliers
