Overseeing the development of the training programme, line managing and quality assuring trainers, developing thought leadership and facilitating trainings for The Somatic School: the world\'s first ICF Level 2 training in somatic coaching- Co-designed an ICF Level 2 course and ICF CCE courses including trainer notes and handouts- Organisational lead with the ICF on all matters relating to accreditation- Facilitated hours of training to new and experienced coaches in training- Designed and delivered a deep-dive Train the Trainer programme- Recruited, trained and managed a team of highly experienced Course Trainers, ICF Mentors and Performance Evaluators - enabling their development and troubleshooting any issues - Implemented a Quality Assurance framework ensuring the high quality delivery of training to over 500 participants (average NPS score exceeds 9 out of 10)
