I conduct government surveys by interviewing businesses and members of the public. The surveys vary in length, detail and topic and are conducted over the telephone; so an excellent and professional telephone manner is crucial. My responsibilities include: interviewing high ranking managers and business owners about sensitive topics, working to strict deadlines and KPI’s, administration, organisation, appointment booking and capturing client information into multiple databases and systems.
