ABOUT SAM SWANGER

Responsibilities include business development for the Freedom Boat Club of Central Florida where we currently have 5 locations; Daytona Beach, Ponce Inlet, New Smyrna Beach, Palm Coast and Sanford. In 2014 we received the \"Rookie Of The Year\" award. In 2015 we received the \"Franchise Location Of The Year\" award as well as the \"Pacesetters Award\". We also received the \"Pacesetters Award\" in 2016. In 2021 we received both the Gold and Platinum Sales Award as well as the Executive of the Year. We received the Gold Sales Award for 2022 and 2023. Freedom Boat Club is the nations oldest and largest member only boat club with 400+ locations in 33 states, Europe and Canada. For a one time entry fee and monthly dues our members receive unlimited use of our fleet of boats. Sam had the opportunity to contribute to the Wyndham Resorts sales teams success at Daytona Beach, FL serving as Director of Sales Training & Recruiting. During Sam\'s tenure the resorts sales center was consistently at the top of the list of most profitable sales centers in the Wyndham Vacation Ownership system. In the Vacation Ownership industry for Equivest Resorts as Project Director implemented sales center start up establishing sales, marketing and administrative teams from scratch. Starting with day one surpassed sales budget consistently with an emphasis on efficiency thereby ensuring a profitable bottom line surpassing corporate expectations both in sales volume and sales efficiency. Also, assumed the responsibility of an existing sales center of Equivest Resorts and promptly raised sales efficiency at that resort by more than 33% increasing sales volume substantially.
