Primary activities- Assisting KDC/One\'s Audit Committee in their risk oversight responsibilities- Evaluating internal control environment in critical business processes and technologies globally and making recommendations- Taking a leadership role with the company’s process to comply with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (“SOX”)- Performing period formal risk assessments to be shared with management and the Audit Committee- Facilitate the development of global IT policies and procedures- Assisting the company’s independent auditor with their various global audits- Performing various other IT internal audit mandates and special projects- Develop and the execute the risk-based IT audit plan- Plan audit projects and develop audit programs (including IT policy compliance, system implementation, access management SOPs, and other projects) to meet Internal Audit Project Plan objectives and timeline commitments- Manage audit projects (including SOX testing) to meet cost and timeline commitments- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the ITGC environments across the globe and provide recommendations to close those gaps and improve process efficiencies- Perform evaluation of control exceptions to determine if a deficiency exists and the level of that deficiency- Discuss issues with management and relevant stakeholders to agree on risks and remediation needed (recommendations).
