ABOUT SAM SORRILL
My name is Sam Sorrill a graduate in Sports Journalism at Falmouth University. I have been jumping from job to job in the Falmouth area whilst also trying to develop my writing and content creation skills. I have always had a passion for sports from when I was young but was never very good at kicking the ball. I found myself more enjoying watching and observing and pretending I was commentating. This gradually turned me to media and then to Sports Journalism. At the moment I am currently working on a Podcast called Across The 50. This podcast centers around American Football but in countries outside America (mostly UK). Every week I will be interviewing individuals who are involved in the sports in any sort of capacity, whether that be from Head Coach to Waterboy, I want to know their story and what the sport means to them. I am also hoping to get into the marketing and sales business and start learning from the best in the industry and make a name for myself. I have been in Bristol been in Bristol for a small portion of my life so far but have already met some great people and hope with their help and my own determination, I can make Bristol the place that I am hoping that can help me achieve all these big dreams I had when I was kid.
