ABOUT SAM SOMERSALL-WEEKES

A professional service oriented individual, with proven ability to work on one’s own initiative whilst adapting quickly to changes in operational demand. I deliver excellent customer service and perform to the highest standards while under pressure of tight deadlines and SLA’s. Also, I am working towards the ITIL Foundation certification. I am a leader that owns responsibility and wishes to learn new aspects to improve my operational capabilities. I also have the natural tenacity to see investigations and incidents through to resolution. I am very hands-on and investigate incidents thoroughly to find a resolution quickly, but also to find the root cause to see if anything needs investigating further and correcting or if a process needs to be changed. I am very much a hands-on learner with a can-do attitude and have always said \"you learn something new every day\". I possess the ability to manage potentially difficult and challenging situations, while maintaining professionalism and sensitivity. I have flexibility, adaptability and the ability to think objectively, analytically and creatively to solve problems. I also have excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with colleagues, members of the public and external stakeholders of all levels.
