About Sam Scribner
I have always had a desire to help people when capable and my interest in the finance industry led me to study Personal Financial Planning at Texas Tech University. I graduated in May 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Personal Financial Planning. In the summer of 2019, I interned with The Ayco Company, a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs at the time. As my first occupation in the financial planning industry, I was able to develop an understanding of the day-to-day functions of a financial planner; and much more. I have been with Goldman Sachs for 4 years and currently serve as an Associate/Team Lead along with being a Texes Tech Campus Recruiter. The culture & teammates that encompass you while working at Goldman has been immensely beneficial, both personally and professionally for myself and my fellow colleagues. Being able to offer this opportunity to young Red Raiders is an honor and something I take pride in. Wreck ‘em!
