Coordinate the financial, licensing, marketing, technical, reporting, staffing, and logistical operations of the 50/50 program and for each raffle- Monitor staff and raffle performance through data analysis- Hire, schedule, train, motivate and supervise 30+ 50/50 sellers and game-day supervisors- Recruit, screen, & manage 100+ volunteers for the Foundation\'s Girls on the Run program; and - Coordinate and support program delivery, execute logistics, and organize necessary materials for the OSEG Foundation’s community impact programs and events (primarily Girls on the Run & Youth Advisory Council).
