   Vanguard – Global Technology Operations - Datacenter Modernization Malvern, PA Sr. Technical Project Manager (Contractor): December 2022 – August 2023 • Consult as needed with the infrastructure project management team in the building of our redundant data center (DC9). • Responsible for bridging the gap and testing all business applications needed to run in our new data center, before decommissioning the current backup data center (DC3) • Work with our business continuity team to plan and coordinate 5 Technical Tests to validate and verify the new data center (DC9) and connectivity back to our primary data center. • Work with the business application owners and architects to ensure their applications are ready to test in DC9. • Organize and head meetings with engineering teams to obtain the data needed for their specific testing of business applications in DC9. • Create EPICs and Stories as needed in ServiceNow for work efforts needed to support tests. • Tracking and reporting on project milestones and providing status reports consistently to stakeholders. • Lead Scrum meetings as necessary with project managers and engineering teams. Vanguard – Global Technology Operations - Strategic Programs team Migration Manager (Contractor): October 2021 – December 2022 • Organize and head meetings with application owners and engineers to obtain the data needed for specific Migrations. • Create Runbooks and key documents needed for migrations. • Coordinate necessary meetings leading to the migrations making sure all impacted stakeholders were aware of the outage of their application before the migrations. • Responsible for migrating over 500 virtual machines from active/passive mode to active/active mode in a newly built Dell VxRail environment. • Coordinate Network migrations from outdated network to the new VxRail environment.
