About Sam Salenger
Trauma Resolution, Mental Health coach, and trainer. I am dedicated to helping humanity, one person at a time. I am trained in trauma-informed somatic experiencing, and CBT, as well as earning my coaching certificate from the best Coach Program in the world. I have my PCC (Professional Certified Coach Certification) with the ICF and am working on my MCC (Master Certified Coach). During the 3.5 years with Lyra Health, I managed a caseload of up to 25 clients a week, delivering the highest level of mental health coaching using evidence-based skills and tools from CBT, ACT, and DBT. In my private practice, I incorporate trauma resolution coaching, weaving in somatic experiencing with my other training. Previously, I worked as an Executive Coach, and a Coach Trainer, recruiting and hiring new coaches. In addition, I created content for group executive coaching with some of the biggest companies including Microsoft, Chobani, and Neilsen, among others.
