Proactive.IT Appointments is an IT Recruitment Agency established in 1991 specialising in matching businesses with skilled IT professionals, focusing on both permanent and contract roles. Searching for candidates on the Job Boards (Reed, CV-Library, Jobserve, Totaljobs, CW Jobs) via LogicMelon ATS Recruitment Software, as well utilising internal databases. Fully proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and its advanced features for effective candidate sourcing and management. Sourcing and placing candidates for both permanent and contract roles. Proficient in writing compelling job advertisements to attract potential candidates. Confidently communicating with candidates at all levels of seniority and experience over the phone and via email, ensuring clear and successful interactions throughout the end-to-end recruitment process. Building a rapport and fostering professional relationships with candidates. Experienced in arranging candidate interviews and providing comprehensive follow-up and feedback. Frequently handling client communications and maintaining relationships in the absence of the dedicated Account Managers. Providing training to new starters as well as offering continued support and guidance to my colleagues. Efficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel for communication, documentation, and data management
