ABOUT SAM ROSENTHAL

I believe good ideas are also profitable ones. At Schooley Caldwell, our work is driven by purpose, we specialize in preservation and existing buildings, breathing new life into old spaces. We bring our knowledge of transformations and experience of modifying structures to plan our new building projects in thoughtful and sensitive ways. My experience includes project management, architectural design, code review, construction documentation, coordination of documents with engineers, specification writing, construction administration & construction inspection services. As a LEED Accredited Professional, I combine expertise with sustainable strategies and design.What I love about the work I do is that I am always learning new things and connections with new people in different organizations. From executive board rooms to on-site meetings with skilled trades and construction workers, I feel fortunate to collaborate with others and experience new things. The work I do spans both public and private projects from the federal government, to state and local organizations. I am also a proud board member of the Jefferson Avenue Center, a non-profit organization that uses real-estate as a catalyst for social change.
