I am a member of the Lexis PSL Expert Panel for Higher Education law, and a Solicitor Advocate with Higher Rights of Audience.I specialise in advising clients on all aspects of higher education law - particularly internal student processes, including complaints, academic appeals and disciplinary cases, and any subsequent complaints to the OIA. I also advise on information law, consumer law, equality law and public law queries.I previously worked as the Head of Strategic Litigation for the Consumers\' Association (better known as Which?) and as an education law specialist in the in-house team at the University of Oxford.
