ABOUT SAM PICKNELL
A Commercial Operations and Strategy leader with over 30 years experience of working with clients and internal groups managing and improving business performance. I have enjoyed working within different industry areas (Telco, IT Services, Outsourcing and Business Process Outsourcing, Financial Professional Services) and transforming business outcomes across sales teams through to technical delivery teams. As a member of the Tax and Law Board I lead on areas such as P&L operations, financial planning, business controls and governance, performance management, reward strategies, strategic workforce planning - driving the best results possible for our business and our people.
