ABOUT SAM PHIPPEN
I am an outgoing, and friendly person, but also driven to succeed in whatever I undertake. I completed an HR Degree Apprenticeship at bp in 2023, where I had the opportunity to develop my understanding of HR, whilst gaining a Degree in Business Studies. During the scheme I gained experience within HR Services, Talent Acquisition and as a People Advisor supporting our Global Refining, Terminals & Pipelines business, as well as supporting the company with multiple reorganizations. I then held a position as a Strategy & Operations Analyst supporting Talent Acquisition and Matching which allowed me to develop my broader understanding of strategy and project management within a global team. I am currently in bp\'s Future Talent team as an Early Careers Recruitment Senior Advisor managing the recruitment for our UK apprenticeships across multiple different areas of the business. I always intend to bring a smile to any team I work in, whilst also adding valuable knowledge and commitment. Furthermore, I love a challenge and the chance to become an expert in a new field, so I will always strive to learn new skills.
