Leading the Portfolio Management Office and manging change portfolio controls and processes, including monitoring and reporting on progress against the annual portfolio plan, long range planning, capacity, financial and resource planning. Developing central frameworks, governance models and quality assurance methods for centrally managed projects. Coordinating and managing a pipeline of change demand, the triage process and reporting across bank wide change, maintaining a single source of truth for change across the bank and that good quality data is used to underpin prioritisation and delivery mechanism decisions. Managing and maintaining a schedule of all changes and roadmap view of future demand, for short, medium and long-term horizons. Collaborating with the business to support local change activity, including change identification, delivery and introducing tools, frameworks and education to improve quality and efficiency of the local improvements. Driving strategic decision making by providing a suite of change portfolio management information and reports for local and executive consumption. Financial forecasting and tracking of actual spend, including financial reporting. Resource forecasting including demand and capacity management and tracking of actuals.
