I began my journey at Gold Crest in 2021 as an Administrator, where I was responsible for a range of daily operational tasks including adding new jobs to the system, managing emails, booking surveys, sales appointments, proofreading surveyor reports, and handling inbound calls.Alongside my administrative duties, I took the initiative to begin training as a surveyor, gaining hands-on experience and working closely with many of our experienced surveyors to build a strong foundation in property surveying.As my skill set grew, I transitioned into the Marketing Department as a Content Creator. In this role, I focused on elevating Gold Crest’s online presence by developing engaging content for social media, driving growth across our platforms, and expanding the company’s YouTube channel.In 2024, during the company’s rebranding phase, I returned to my core administrative responsibilities to support the business through a key expanding period, continuing to contribute to the company’s smooth operation and evolving identity.
