Throughout his career, he has successfully managed and delivered complex engineering solutions, providing cost-effective, value-driven results under demanding schedules.He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Oklahoma, Texas, and Arkansas.
