ABOUT SAM NICHOLAS WARD

The US poet Maya Angelou once said that \'people will forget what you said, they will forget what you did, but they will never forget how you made them feel\'. This has resonated with me ever since I first heard it and I strive to follow her advice in everything I do.As I have become effective in the various retail roles I have undertaken so far, I\'ve learned that people don\'t only want to transact - they want to have an experience (a memorable one!) whilst they do so. I am the difference between their contact with me being just a transaction.or it becoming an experience that makes them want the same again and again. I am proud of how I have succeeded in my quest to make people FEEL great so far. But I will never be complacent and will always strive to remember Maya Angelou\'s advice.I aspire to retain this focus on the outcomes I am known for in whatever career course I take in future. I will always seek to give of my best, to learn, to fully and energetically represent all that is good about the outcomes I can deliver to people and, above all else, to recognise that people will always remember how I made them feel.
