   Sole HRIS analyst for rapidly growing SaaS company with US and India teams• Configured new PowerBI dashboards and updates monthly to provide visibility and insights to executive leadership on attrition, retention, headcount growth/loss, days to fill, promotion rate, compensation spend, eNPS, and open roles• Partners closely with IT team to lead projects such as launching an API that seamlessly connected HRIS to Active Directory to achieve real-time onboarding/offboarding• Implements new systems end-to-end including an associate recognition system (Cooleaf) and a new benefits system (Alight) to improve associate satisfaction and maintain impressive eNPS score• Establishes business process maps and SOPs for the HRIS, Business Partner, and Recruiting functions for US and India to ensure consistency in start-up environment • Prepares and submits ad-hoc reports and reports for compliance audits including SOC, California Pay, AAP, and EEO-1
