As a sales manager with CRM and account management skills, I have successfully led and motivated sales teams at various automotive dealerships, including Lexus at Lithia & Driveway, Lexus of Glendale.My core competencies include sales operations, customer relationship management, and account management, which I have applied to increase sales performance, customer satisfaction, and repeat business.In my most recent role at Lexus of Glendale, I trained and motivated salespeople, which increased the percentage of test drive to close.
