ABOUT SAM MENAHEM

I’m an AI-driven business transformation leader with over 14 years’ experience helping organisations navigate change as a path to growth across Financial Services and Healthcare.Today, I lead Delivery for Investec’s Private Client Technology, where my focus is enabling sustainable, inside-out transformation, starting with people and scaling that change through technology for existing clients. I operate at the intersection of strategy and execution: shaping delivery teams, setting clear OKRs and ensuring technology delivery translates into measurable business outcomes.I believe lasting change doesn’t happen through big-bang programmes. It happens iteratively, by building capability from the inside-out and aligning purpose, behaviours and systems so organisations can adapt continuously rather than reactively.Prior to Investec, I co-founded and scaled one of the UK’s fastest-growing Health & Social Care training companies. That entrepreneurial journey was fuelled by several years in Digital Banking Consulting, where I learned how to deliver at pace in complex, highly regulated environments, including Tier 1 Financial Institutions. That experience continues to shape how I think about pace, risk and execution at scale.Across both global corporates and fast-moving startups, one lesson has remained constant: people are the real engine of transformation. Technology enables change, but leadership and culture determine whether it sticks. That’s why I’m particularly passionate about mentoring engineering leaders, helping them develop the soft skills required to lead confidently through change.
