Leading the migration of a Important Business service onto private cloud to unlock transformational benefits. I am responsible for setting Sprint goals aligning to overall strategic vision of the organisation, managing team finances and resources. Stakeholder management to executive level is a key part of the role, helping the wider business understand the context of the technology decisions that we make. Alongside this, regular customer testing, research and feedback is critical to a successful delivery - it\'s a priority to ensure that this feedback mechanism is part of our approach to sprinting.
