To create a diverse, high-quality inclusive enrichment programme that is suitable for all students including performing arts and creative arts students- Support with the development of a cross college enrichment strategy- Seek and obtain feedback from students to influence the choice of campus enrichment activities to support the enrichment strategy- Contribute to developing cross-college themed events and global enrichment activities and competitions- Establish and maintain recording procedures for all enrichment activities to monitor participation and quality- Develop local networks to share best practice and common resources- Provide termly reports to management on the enrichment provision- Management of a small activities budget.
