   Provides operational and technical analysis support to the 711th Human Performance Wing, at the Air Force Research Lab in Counter CBRN, emergency management and consequence management operations- Identifies and advocates mission capabilitiy requirements, and solutions across the Counter-CBRN pillars in the areas of counterforce, active defense, passive defense and consequence management. Performs analysis and inputs to include in the C-CBRN roadmap- On-site manager providing oversight to critical Joint DOD programs in excess of 40M. Provides leadership milestone updates in addition provides lessons learned and recommendations for improvements throughout the development cycle- Coordinates and interfaces directly with military and non military agencies at all levels of command (COCOMs, Airstaff, MAJCOMs, and installations) to discuss requirements and expectations related to operational studies being conducted- Senior project analyst, conducts operational research and analysis in supporting DoD CBRN related studies, providing the customer with realtime operational data for the development of software tools to support the military warfighters- Functional area team lead performing internal AFRL reviews of COCOM and Air Force counterproliferation related policies identiftying existing technology capability gaps- Supports the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Exercise Team as a subject matter expert during CBRN related events worldwide- Primary on-site Security Focal Point representative
